This project aimed to reduce mobile banking friction for low-literate users by redesigning with diverse cognitive styles in mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Focus:<\/strong> Inclusive mobile banking redesign<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role:<\/strong> Lead UX Researcher (End-to-end: Research, Journey Mapping & Redesign Recommendations)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope:<\/strong> Redesigning mobile money transfer flow in a mobile banking app to match user mental models. Tested both original and redesigned flows with real users – 50 people in total<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods:<\/strong> Mixed – think-aloud testing, keystroke recording, surveys (with adaptations for ethical implementation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tools:<\/strong> Figma<\/strong> (low-fi prototype, personas, user journey maps), Protopie<\/strong> (interactive prototype), IBM SPSS<\/strong> + Excel<\/strong> (task metrics), Microsoft Forms<\/strong> (UX surveys) & AirTable (Repository + verbal feedback). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Study Duration:<\/strong> 3 years overall | Impact testing on 2 interface versions using orginal app vs redesigned UI<\/p>\n\n\n\n
